On Tuesday (Oct. 9), Northfield Park will be offering a $10,000 guaranteed pool in the Pick-4. The Pick-4 has a reduced takeout rate of just 14 percent (the lowest in harness racing) and starts in the eighth race.

Analysis:
Race 8: (2) G Rod has been coming up short in Raceway’s long stretch; could hang on here in Cleveland. (4) Fantacular has rounded into good form and has a big chance to do well.
Race 9: (3) Legacy Chip is fresh, rested and could be ready to strike. (7) Iknowwhatboyslike is fFresh off of a rest and could strike in her first start back. (9) Cummingsandgoings just won against less; steps up in class but could do well here, too.
Race 10: (1) Tin Star draws the rail and looks to score consecutive victories.
Race 11: (5) Olin looks to be dangerous in here if he minds his manners. (6) CJ’s Victory appears to be in solid form and could edge out the competition.
