On Tuesday (Sept. 17), Northfield Park will be offering a $10,000 guaranteed pool in the Pick-4. The Pick-4 has a reduced takeout rate of just 14 percent and starts in the eighth race.

Analysis:

Race 8: (1) Armbros Revenge A draws the inside advantage and that advantage may be key to scoring a victory tonight. (3) Hope To Reign A has the ability to be prominently placed on the ticket.

Race 9: (4) Lima Java has a big shot to do well in here. (9) Major Mike won this class in his most recent effort and could strike again tonight.

Race 10: (2) Allcanadian Rebel has a big shot to do well in here. (3) Red White And Crue has as good of a shot as any to complete the superfecta. (6) Tymal Triton draws into a race where several could win; Merriman helps the cause. (9) Vaniscape should get a good trip from the second tier.

Race 11: (3) Heavenly Chip could be victorious upon traveling to Cleveland. (6) Colby D finished second in his most recent performance and could post a similar effort here.
