Northfield, OH — Sam Schillaci rallied Show Me The Monet from the back of the pack to a victory in Monday’s (Feb. 26) $7,500 Open Trot at Northfield.

The 6-year-old Self Possessed gelding rallied by 2-5 favorite Big Boy Josh, who had lead throughout, to get the 1:58.3 win, his second in a row.

Jodi Schillaci trains Show Me The Monet for Tindaro Abramo, Skipper Mathews and Peter Barbato of New Jersey. He has earned $110,556 in his career.

It was a pretty typical night as Aaron Merriman and Ryan Stahl each won three races and Andy Shetler took two. Second ranked Elliott Deaton, who drove most of the night despite illness, was forced to take off his final two drives of the night.
