Matt Sparacino offers his picks for the $5,000 Pick 4 at Harrington Raceway on May 10, part of the USTA Strategic Wagering program.

$1 pick 4 part-wheel 1-2-4-7 with 2,6, with 1 with 1,2,4 – Cost $24.

Race 3 – It’s hard not to spread out a bit in this race, though I think #4 and #7 are the best horses, #1 and #2 have a good history here and both can secure early position.

Race 4 – #6 was super last start but wasn’t Morgan’s choice as he opted for #2 who looks like the most logical pick. I would consider #3 and #5 on liberal budgets.

Race 5 – #1 Shaky Hanover needed her last race was barely denied then. Should be even sharper now.

Race 6 – #1, #2, and #4, are all consistent mares that will likely duke it out here. #1 has been knocking on the door and is probably overdue for a win. #2 and #4 are coming out of tougher races at Chester. If you can spread out more in here, I’d include #8 Community Spirit.
