Sway Charles wins sixth straight

Harrington, DE — Allan Pullman, Barry Glickstein and Eddie Davis’ Sway Charles ($3.60) won his sixth straight race and continued his impressive 3-year-old campaign with a 1:53.1 win at Harrington Raceway on Monday, June 4.
Driven by Allan Davis, the Real Artist colt assumed command after the half-mile and held off The Other Cheek and Sniper Hall for the win. He has won seven of eight lifetime starts for trainer Martin Davis.
In the $18,100 Junior Open feature, Arty Foster, Jr.’s Village Blitz ($3.60, Tim Tetrick) was triumphant in 1:52. The 7-year-old Village Jiffy gelding earned his third win of the meet.
The slowest race on the program was 1:55.1, as 12 of the races went in sub-1:54, a new track record for fastest miles on one card.
