East Rutherford, NJ — Tell All earned his way into the number one spot in the ‘Road to the Meadowlands Pace’ after dominating first-over in the North America Cup for the team of Jody Jamieson, Blair Burgess and My Desire Stable.

“This colt has a ways to go before I can compare him to his sire, (2001 Meadowlands Pace winner) Real Desire, but he’s heading in that direction,” Burgess said.

Sutter Hanover was second in the NA Cup. “My colt raced well, we followed the winner,” said driver David Miller. “He was tough, but we put in a good effort to be second best.”

Always A Virgin dominated in the New Jersey Sires Stakes with a 1:51.4 score at the Meadowlands last week.

Kenneth J falls to fourth after another lackluster effort in the NA Cup final (finished fifth).

Artriverderci looks like a colt with a license to step up. He was fourth from post 10 in the NA Cup after securing the early lead.

While most of the colts were in action in N.J. or Canada, Home Bed Advantage headed home to Chicago and finished second in the Maywood Pace last Friday.

Yankee Skyscaper showed the first chinks in the armor last week when he folded under intense pressure from the winner Tell All in the NA Cup. The son of Artiscape looks to get back on the beam for Pace Night.

Mr Apples faced older horses in his sophomore debut at the Meadowlands last Saturday and charged home to finish third in an encouraging effort.

Laughing Art took the NA Cup consolation in impressive style, even if he was skimming the inside on the shortest route home. He’s back on the list.

Southwind Lynx stays on the ‘Road,’ on the strength of his Rooney win and the simple fact that the bigger the track, the better he’ll pace on the straightaway.
