Freehold, NJ — Here is this week’s look back at some memorable dates in harness racing history.

March 19, 1997: Cami Whitestocking wins the Jersey Girls in 1:54.2 at the Meadowlands Racetrack in New Jersey.

March 20, 1993: Blatantly Bald wins the Cam Fella Series final in 1:55.1 at Greenwood Raceway in Toronto.

March 21, 1990: Driver Jack Moiseyev gets win number 3,000 with Exotic Bet at the Meadowlands.

March 22, 2003: Jim Morand wins his 6,000th race, driving Mighty Dragon N to victory at Dover Downs in Delaware.

March 23, 1991: Jake And Elwood wins a leg of the George Morton Levy Series at Yonkers Raceway in New York.

March 24, 1993: Angelical Lady pays $337.40 to show, a record at the Meadowlands.

March 25, 1989: Mike Lachance wins stakes races at three different tracks. He drives No No No to victory in a division of the North American Pacing Series at Freehold; Sweet Sharon to a win in the Overbid Pacing Series final at The Meadowlands; and Matt’s Scooter to victory in a leg of the George Morton Levy Memorial Pacing Series at Yonkers.
