Freehold, NJ — Here is a look at some memorable moments in harness racing history:

February 26, 2000 – Die Lute wins the Aquarius final in a stakes record 1:50.2 at the Meadowlands Racetrack in New Jersey.

February 27, 1978 – Luanne’s Jewel wins the inaugural Overbid final in 1:58.4 at the Meadowlands.

February 27, 1992 – Cat Manzi gets career win no. 5,000 with Elrolee at the Meadowlands.

February 28, 1988 – Take A Look wins the Toronto Series Pace final in 1:55.3 at Greenwood Raceway.

February 29, 1992 – Cool Flying Fella wins the Pompano Beach Series final in 1:55.1 at Pompano Park in Florida.

March 1, 1988 – Movin Along wins the Night Styles final in 1:57.1 at the Meadowlands.

March 2, 1993 – Dave Palone wins seven straight races at the Meadows.

March 3, 1989 – Cajun Brother wins the Peter Haughton Memorial Pace final at Yonkers Raceway in New York.

March 4, 1988 – Burnham wins the New Faces final in 1:55 at the Meadowlands.
