Freehold, NJ — Here is a look back at some memorable moments in harness racing history:

January 22, 1989: Go Get Lost wins the Horsemen’s Trotting Series final in 1:56.3 at Greenwood Raceway in Toronto.

January 23, 1993: Cambest wins the Presidential final in a then-stakes record 1:51.2 at the Meadowlands Racetrack in New Jersey.

January 24, 1993: Bankruptcy wins the Chill Factor final in a then-stakes record 1:53.2 at the Meadowlands.

January 25, 2003: Gallo Blue Chip becomes harness racing’s first $4 million pacer by winning the Presidential final at the Meadowlands.

January 26, 1996: Ellamony wins the Cape & Cutter in 1:54.1 at the Meadowlands.

January 27, 1979: Keith Linton wins six consecutive races at Cloverdale Raceway in Surrey, British Columbia, falling one win shy of Augustine Ratchford’s record for most dash victories on a card.

January 28, 1995: JC’s Suprimo wins the Presidential final in 1:51.3 at the Meadowlands.
