Northfield, OH — Tuesday night live racing returned to Northfield Park on November 6 and not even the first snowfall of the year could chill the action, as four $3,000 splits of the November To Remember Series were contested, two each for pacers and trotters.

Favorites prevailed in the filly and mare pacing events as 1-5 Gelika Ann closed from welll back and cruised by 4-1/4 lengths in 2:00.1 over the sloppy surface in the opener. 11-10 Lookin Ata Sadie won the second split in 2:01.2 with a pocket-sitting effort. Elliott Deaton drove Gelika Ann to her seventh seasonal victory for owner Fred Polk of Zanesville and trainer Sue Stockwell, while Lookin Ata Sadie was in line to Matt Kakaley. Trainer Russell Baldwin shares title to the Sadies Dreamboat filly with Daniel Alt.

On the trotting side, second public choices prevailed, with 9-5 My Mystique and 7-5 Magic Star Mom winning their respective heats. Aaron Merriman steered My Mystique to as 2:04.3 win for owners Brenda Sugg and Tish Cross and trainer Steve Cross, while the Ryan Stahl-trained and driven Magic Star Mom scored in 2:05.4 for owner Joe Ewald of Toledo.

November to Remember Series action continues at Northfield on Wednesday (November 7) with pacing colts and geldings going postward in three $3,000 heats.
