Wilkes-Barre, PA — Village Jolt, winner of the 2004 Breeders Crown and Woodrow Wilson, and last year’s two-year-old colt pacer of the year in North America, will be qualifying Thursday morning (April 21) at Pocono Downs.

Trained by Ed Hart, Village Jolt will be in the third race.

Village Jolt won six of 10 starts in 2004, including the $663,200 Breeders Crown Final at Woodbine with a mark of 1:51.1 and the $432,000 Woodrow Wilson Final at the Meadowlands with a time of 1:51.3.

The three-old pacer earned $918,577 in his debut year.
