Columbus, OH — The deadline to declare your Standardbred for the 2013 Adequan/All-Breeds Awards Program through the United States Dressage Federation is August 1.

Whiz Bang first received a USTA/USDF All Breeds Award at Training Level in 2007 and moved up through the ranks to Second Level, in both Open and Musical Freestyle, in 2010. She, and rider Heather Caudill, also represented the Standardbred at the World Equestrian Games in 2010.

Four different Standardbreds have earned awards through the program since 2007, some graduating through the ranks, going from Training Level to Second Level. There also have been two people to receive Adult Amateur riding awards.

The USDF must receive a copy of your horse’s registration papers (racing or pleasure), or a performance certificate plus the All-Breeds Declaration Form in order to be eligible for the year-end awards. The USTA sponsors first and second place at all levels for adult amateur, musical freestyle and open.
