Hanover breds surpass $30 million in earnings again

Hanover, PA — For the second consecutive year and third time in its history, horses bred by Hanover Shoe Farms have earned more than $30 million.

Last year Hanover Shoe Farms set an all equine breed record with earnings of $31,451,117.

With more than one month remaining on the calendar, it is possible that last year’s record will be eclipsed.

Jim Simpson, Hanover’s President and CEO, said, “We are extremely pleased and proud of this unique accomplishment. If there is one thing I’ve learned in this business, it is that we cannot rest on our laurels. We plan to keep breeding and raising the very best horses we possibly can. Thank you to our customers and staff who have made these accomplishments possible.”
