Joe Dimagio top seller on first day of onGait sale

Boca Raton, FL – Sixteen yearlings went through the virtual auction ring on Monday (Nov. 23) in the first session of the 2020 Harness Racing British Columbia Yearling And Mixed Sale hosted by onGait.com. The day’s sale topper was a colt from the Surdale Farms Ltd consignment.

Joe Dimagio, a son of Custard The Dragon and The Panderosa mare N Y Yankees p, 2, 1:54.4f, 3, 1:53f, 1:51 ($339,088), brought a winning bid of C$52,000 from Kelly Hoerdt. The Custard The Dragon filly, Shadows Fear Me, was sold to JJJ Stables for C$34,000. And Hes Just Rockin went to JJJ Stables for C$18,000, making Custard The Dragon yearlings the top three sellers.
