NJ Commission Grants Daley Extension

The New Jersey Racing Commission, in a ruling dated April 19, has granted an, “extension of time concerning the start date of his license suspension.”

Daley had been suspended for 180 days by the Commission in a ruling dated April 12 in connection with a high TCO2 reading on the horse Night Mystery in February at The Meadowlands. That suspension was set to begin on April 21 but has been changed to begin on April 27 and run to October 23, 2005.
