Noel Daley Court Date Postponed

Trainer Noel Daley, who was arrested by New Jersey State Police on March 2 and charged with offenses alleging illegal possession of drugs, has had his court date postponed.

Daley was scheduled to appear in Chesterfield Township (NJ) court today, but the date has been postponed to April 6 at 9 am. The charges against Daley came as a result of a State Police search of his stable at Magical Acres and include possession and use of prescription legend drugs without a prescription and also possession and control of hypodermic syringes and needles.
