Pair of $100,000 yearlings top opening session of Hoosier Classic Sale

Indianapolis, IN — A pair of $100,000 yearlings topped the opening session of the Hoosier Classic Select Yearling Sale on Friday (Oct. 25) at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.

The first of the two $100,000 yearlings was Hip No. 144, Sick For It, a pacing colt by Rockin Image out of Shes Glorious. He is the first foal out of his dam. Dana Parham purchased the colt consigned by David Wayne Yoder, agent for Doyle Miller.

Selling as Hip No. 174, Bridge To Success was the second yearling to be hammered down for $100,000. The trotting colt  by Jailhouse Jesse is the fifth foal out of Bridge To Nowhere and is a full brother to Bridge To Jesse’s 1:51.1s ($920,455). Consigned by Wilt Standardbred, the colt was purchased by William DeLong.

The Hoosier Classic Select Yearling Sale continues on Saturday (Oct. 26) at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
