Ritchie will be special guest on Maple Leaf Trot night

Campbellville, ON — Recently retired Woodbine Entertainment Group circuit driver Trevor Ritchie will be the special guest this Saturday (July 19) on the Maple Leaf Trot edition of Mohawk Racing Live.

Ritchie, who announced his retirement from driving two weeks ago, will reflect on his career and discuss the Maple Leaf Trot, a race he won three times, on the pre-game show beginning at 6:45 p.m.

Ritchie captured his three Maple Leaf Trot titles over a five-year span with Rotation in 2003, Peaceful Way in 2006 and Equinox Bi in 2007.

His list of accomplishments also includes the Hambletonian, the North America Cup and six Breeders Crown titles.

Along with an appearance on Mohawk Racing Live, Ritchie will be making the trophy presentation to this year’s Maple Leaf Trot winner.
