The Meadows and horsemen to remember Mike Jeannot with Friday ceremony

Washington, PA — The Meadows, its horsemen and horsewomen will honor the memory of Mike Jeannot with a trackside ceremony at 12:30 p.m. Friday (Feb. 7) before the start of the live card.
Jeannot, president of Meadows Racing for The Meadows Racetrack & Casino, died last Friday after battling liver cancer.
For the ceremony, the trainer/driver colony — in their colors — will walk together from the paddock to the winner’s circle, where Pastor Joe DiDonato, track chaplain, will deliver a tribute.
Meadows Live! will carry the ceremony, and all media are invited to attend.
