Grove City, OH — Aaron Merriman remains under the care of doctors following a five-horse crash at Northfield Park Saturday night (Feb. 15).

Merriman says he is sore, and doctors advised him to take a few days off.

“I have an appointment with the doctor Thursday morning and hope to be back in the bike this weekend,” he said.

Merriman suffered a concussion in the crash.

He and Hunter Myers were injured in the fifth race at Northfield. Both were treated at the hospital and released Saturday night.

Merriman thanks his fans for their concern and looks forward to seeing them back at the track shortly.
