USTA seeks investigator

Columbus, OH — The U.S. Trotting Association is seeking an investigator to aid the organization in monitoring the harness racing industry by investigating alleged prohibited activities.

The investigator will help build solid cases against suspects linked to a range of offenses, including, but not limited to, the procurement and administration of illicit performance-enhancing medication and the participation of ineligible and unlicensed individuals in harness racing.

The job entails conducting detailed investigations independently or in conjunction with state agencies to promote and ensure the integrity of the sport and working closely with and serving as the USTA’s liaison to the independent Standardbred Racing Investigative Fund.
