Chester, PA — The 2015 Horse of the Year Wiggle It Jiggleit finished second to the $590,000-plus-winning mare Diva’s Image in a Tuesday morning (Sept. 10) qualifier at Harrah’s Philadelphia, but he posted by far his best clocking, 1:52.2, in this his fourth qualifier after being away from the races for nearly three years.

Driver Montrell Teague sent the 7-year-old altered son of Mr Wiggles to the lead in the qualifier and posted fractions of :26.4, :55.4, and 1:23.4, opening up a four length lead at the stretch call. But Diva’s Image, six lengths behind at the three-quarter pole, finished strongly for driver Tim Tetrick to win by a length over the pace-setting Wiggle It Jiggleit.

Wiggle It Jiggleit’s best time since his return had been 1:53.4, in winning his first qualifier back.
