Anderson, IN — Hoosier Park Racing & Casino has announced the continuation of a $10,000 guaranteed Pick-4 pool offered on Thursday nights.

In partnership with the United States Trotting Association Strategic Wagering Program and the Indiana Standardbred Association, Hoosier Park will offer this signature wager on Thursday (April 24) and every Thursday throughout the entirety of the live racing meet.

The Pick-4, which offers a 50 cent minimum wager, begins in the third race and will continue through the sixth race. Approximate post time for the first leg of the wager, the third race, is 5:55 p.m. (EDT). Free past performances for the Pick-4 races will be available on the USTA website. Expert selections and handicapping tools are also available on Hoosier Park’s website and The Daily Racing Form’s website. The Pick-4 wager on Thursday nights will offer a carryover if no one correctly selects four of four winners.

With the guaranteed pool, we feel that it offers remarkable value to the horseplayers.”

The 13-race card slated for Thursday (April 24) will be highlighted by a $17,500 Preferred Trot for fillies and mares. Ron Burke’s Cowgirl Hall will look to make amends for last week’s second place finish at this level with driver Ricky Macomber, Jr. from post six.

Also on the card will be the $15,000 Jerry Landess Series final, a late closing event open to 3- and 4-year-old Indiana sired colts and geldings that were non-winners of $7,500 lifetime. The $15,000 final of the Extreme Velocity Pacing series, an event open to fillies and mares that were non-winners of two races or $10,000 lifetime, will also round out the late closing action on the evening.
