Washington, PA — Thursday’s (April 27) card at Hollywood Casino at The Meadows features a $10,000 guarantee for the Early Pick-4 (race one). The guarantee, prompted by an actual carryover of $3,534.79, is offered by The Meadows and the United States Trotting Association Strategic Wagering Program.

Thursday’s 12-race program also features two other carryovers — $623.18 in the Early Pentafecta (race four), $368.53 in the Pick-5 (race eight).
