Lexington, KY — The 20-cent Super Hi-Five went unsolved on Thursday evening at The Red Mile, leaving a $3,510 carryover into the Saturday night (Sept. 5) finale (race 10). Track officials, in conjunction with the United States Trotting Association’s Strategic Wagering Program, have placed a guarantee of $15,000 on the total pool Saturday evening.

The Saturday nightcap is actually the featured event on the program, a $7,300 Preferred Handicap for filly and mare pacers. The event has attracted a competitive group of 10, with post time slated for 9:51 p.m.

Fans will also have an appetizer earlier in the night, with a $452 carryover into the 50-cent Pick-5. The Pick-5 is a nightly wager covering races two–six.

Live racing continues at The Red Mile on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday evenings with a first post of 7 p.m. through Sept. 19. The two week Grand Circuit meet gets underway on Thursday (Sept. 30).
