Chester, PA — Horsemen are advised that entries for the closing day program at Harrah’s Philadelphia — which will be conducted next Sunday (Dec. 27) – will be taken on Tuesday (Dec. 22).

Entries will close at 9 a.m. on Tuesday morning, and driver changes and scratches are due to the judges no later than 11 a.m. on Wednesday (Dec. 23).
