Dover, DE — Effective with the card of Monday (Jan. 18), the takeout in the Pick-5 wager at Dover Downs has been reduced from 25 percent to 15 percent on a daily basis.

Dover Downs will be entering the USTA Strategic Wagering Program this Thursday (Jan. 21), with a guaranteed Pick-5 pool of $10,000.
