Bruce Aldrich Jr. wins four at Monticello

Monticello, NY — On any given day the driver’s colony at Monticello Raceway has the depth, talent and ability for a handful of drivers to win a multitude of races in one day. On Monday (Jan. 18), it was Bruce Aldrich Jr.’s turn as he drove four winners on the card.

He is now just six wins away from a career milestone of 8,000 wins.

The banner day started with a dead heat in race two behind Demand An Answer ($3.60), who tripped the timer with Swancredit (Cory Stratton) in 2:02.3.

Next up was Lacarmeliliana (2:00-$2.50), then Spilling The Beans (1:58.4-$4.00), who earned his second consecutive win of the year. Aldrich rounded out the afternoon with After The Lovin (1:59-$3.10).

Also on the card James Devaux and Cory Stratton each drove home two winners; P driver James Scarpias won with Brenda’s Got It; and trainer Chris Petrelli had three winners from his stable.
