Ft. Washington, MD — Jonathan Roberts and Jive Dancing A looked like they were shot out of a cannon in the stretch and stormed home in the slop to win the $12,500 Open Mares Handicap on Wednesday night (Feb. 10) at Rosecroft.

Roberts followed third over down the backstretch and as they turned for home exploded away for the win for owner-trainer Michael Hall in 1:54.2.

It was the second win on the night for Hall.

Luke Hanners drove three winners on the card and Russell Foster had two. Trainer Clyde Oglesby won two on the night.
