Burlington, NJ — Due to the interruptions and limitations caused by the COVID-19 crisis, Harness Horsemen International’s Board of Directors have extended the deadline for the 31st annual Jerome Hauck Scholarship application to June 15.

The $4,000 award is granted to a son or daughter, or any person with a legal guardian, of an HHI-affiliated association member.

The HHI Scholarship Foundation was organized in 1986 in memory of Jerome L. Hauck, one of the founders of HHI who served as its president for 12 years, assisting students exhibiting outstanding achievement among their peers and promoting higher education and citizenship.

The application and all additional information must be completed and submitted by the June 15 deadline. The application can be found at the HHI website.
