Columbus, OH — Many equestrian organizations worldwide are donating and encouraging their members to donate to assist horses that are being impacted due to the war in Ukraine.

“The USTA is making a donation and encourages our members and other participants in the U.S. harness racing industry to do the same,” said USTA Executive Vice President and CEO Mike Tanner. “It is always impressive to see how the people in our industry rally to help others in times like this.”

Donations can be made to the Ukrainian Equestrian Federation Charity Foundation or to the Hippodromo racetrack that hosts trotting races and is located in Kyiv, Ukraine.
