Real (Coco) Cormier, who died June 5, 2020, will be laid to rest on Sept. 24.

The funeral was delayed due to COVID-19.

Coco was a popular driver on the Roosevelt and Yonkers circuit and owned (with his wife Tracy) the track kitchen at the Pinehurst, N.C., Training Center.

He will be buried in his hometown of Shawinigan, Quebec.

The family plans on a small service but stated that if anyone is in the area, they are more than welcome to attend.

Funeral will be held Sept. 24 at 1:30 p.m. at Cimetiere St-Joseph, 1483 Rue de la Paix (Peace Street), Shawinigan, Quebec.
