Vivd Wise AS strikes again in Italy

Milan, IT — For the second year in a row Italian top trotter, Vivid Wise As with Matthieu Abrivard won the prestigious Gran Premio delle Nazioni at the La Maura-track in Milan.

8-year-old Vivid Wise As (sired by Yankee Glide) again showed that he is on top of his game, winning the Nazioni easy beating stable mate, Vernissage Grif with trainer/driver Alessandro Gocciadoro.

Vivid Wise As was timed in 1.56.2f (mile rate) and picked up the winner’s purse of 92,000 Euros.

In Sweden, the 5-year-old mare, Honey Mearas (sired by Readly Express), won the Müllers Memorial at Jägersro.

Honey Mearas, who is trained by Daniel Redén, and had Ôrjan Kihlström in the bike, won the 1-5/8 mile event in 1.57.3f.

Honey Mearas, who has big stake wins as Stochampionatet, Derbystoet, European championship for Mares and Swedish Championship for mares at her CV, will now be headed for the French Winter meeting.
