Columbus, OH — Thomas D. Clarke, 63, of Georgetown, Del., and formerly of Felton, Del., died July 21, 2018.

Mr. Clarke was an avid and gifted horseman, trainer and driver. He loved the harness racing business and the many people involved in the sport. He always enjoyed just going to the races with good friends.
