Murmur Hanover upsets Wednesday at Harrington

Harrington, DE — Zippett Racing Stable’s Murmur Hanover ($15.60, Montrell Teague) was an upset winner in 1:55.4 in the $17,500 Open Trot Wednesday (May 30) at Harrington Raceway.

Murmur Hanover was an upset winner in the $17,500 Open Trot.

The 8-year-old Majestic Son gelding notched his fourth win of the year in wire-to-wire fashion over I Like My Boss and Theresademoninme. Trained by Jay Gannon, Murmur Hanover earned his 28th career win and added to his healthy career bankroll of more than $780,000. It was the second win on the card for Teague.

Mike Cole had three wins.

Driver Mike Rossi had a consecutive driving double with All Shoes On Deck ($4.20) and Skyway Gladiator ($15.20).

Art Stafford Jr. and Ross Wolfenden also had two wins on the program.
