October meeting agenda and date change for Illinois Racing Board meeting

Oakbrook Terrace, IL — Please note that any additional requests to testify and/or provide written materials must be provided to Board staff on or before Oct. 11, 2017, pursuant to Board rule 206.40. In addition, the meeting date has been changed from Tuesday (Oct. 24) to Wednesday (Oct. 18).
The meeting will be conducted at the OTB facility in Oakbrook Terrace.

1. Request submitted by HAWTHORNE RACE COURSE, INC. for approval of a racing official.
2. Request submitted by FAIRMOUNT PARK, INC. for disbursement of funds from the Quarter Horse Purse Fund authorized under Section 26.9 of the Illinois Horse Racing Act.
3. Request submitted by STAFF to certify the pari-mutuel tax credit authorized under Section 32.1 of the Illinois Horse Racing Act.
4. Request submitted by STAFF for approval to ratify the 2018 Dates Order to comply with the Illinois Open Meetings Act (5 ILCS 120/1, et al.)
