Chicago, IL — On Sept. 26, the Illinois Racing Board granted organization licenses to Arlington International Racecourse, LLC, Hawthorne Race Course, Inc., Fairmount Park, Inc., and Suburban Downs, Inc. and approved race dates for 2018.
