Paris, KY — Videos for Hunterton Farms’ 2017 consignments to the Ohio Selected Jug Sale and Lexington Selected Sale are now available to view on the website (www.huntertonfarm.com).

This year’s Lexington group, which numbers 82, features 31 trotting fillies, 27 trotting colts, 15 pacing colts and nine pacing fillies. Every major sire is represented in the group, with the trotters including Trixton (10), Yankee Glide (9), Muscle Hill (7), Kadabra (7), and Cantab Hall (6). On the pacing side there are eight sons and daughters of first crop sire Captaintreacherous, three by Sweet Lou and a pair by Somebeachsomewhere.

Featured among the group are:

Hip 11 – Lu’s Illusion (f, Sweet Lou~Artistic Vision), half-sister to Rock N Roll Heaven p,3,1:47.3 ($2.7 million); Clear Vision p,1:48.2f ($2.7 million).

Hip 25 – Culebra (c, Captaintreacherous~Captiva Island), half-brother to Captive Audience p,4,1:48.3 ($770,745).

Hip 30 – Mercedes Talma (f, Kadabra~Christina M), half-sister to Charmed Life 4,1:52.2f ($1.3 million).

Hip 64 – Boldness (c, Muscle Hill~My Favorite Chip), full-brother to Zweig Memorial winner Yes Mickey 3,1:51.2s ($368,087).

The Lexington Sale runs from Oct. 3 through 7 while the Ohio Jug auction takes place Sept. 15. Hunterton has a 16 horse consignment at the Ohio Sale.
