Middlebury, IN — The Hoosier Classic Sale Company has announced a last call for yearlings for the inaugural Michiana Classic Yearling Sale. Held in the all-new 250,000 square ft. Michiana Event Center (MEC Center) on Nov. 25, the auction is open to all registered Standardbred foals of 2016.

“The roster thus far offers yearlings from all the major sires in Indiana including first crop sires Tellitlikeitis, Aracache Hanover, Bluto and others. We will extend the deadline several weeks to allow those breeders who may have missed the Aug. 1 deadline a chance to enter,” said Steve Cross auction manager for the new sale.

“It’s always a challenge when starting a new venue but we are particularly excited about this one. It’s going to be a great facility when completed and a perfect place for breeders to offer their yearlings at public auction for the final time in 2017.”
