Assembly passes Vernon Downs relief measure

Columbus, OH — The Utica (NY) Observer-Dispatch is reporting that saving about 300 jobs at Vernon Downs is now one step closer to a reality after the state Assembly passed a relief measure in a special legislative session Wednesday (June 28).
