Vernon, NY — Vernon Downs management would like to remind horsemen that there is a detention barn for the Empire Breeders Classic finals on Sunday (June 18). All horses must be on the grounds by 8 p.m. Saturday (June 17).

For booking of hotel rooms please email swarren@vernondowns.com or call 315.829.6825. An allotment of rooms have been set aside for Saturday night but will be released as the week progresses because it is a very busy weekend at the hotel.

Horses that qualified for the EBC final (3-year-old colt trot) have been entered already per the race conditions. The filly division needed no elimination and all 10 will race on Sunday and that race has already been drawn.
