Harrington, DE —Ken Wood, Bill Dittmar and Steve Iaquinta’s Celebrity Pegasus ($5.00, ArtStafford Jr.) set a new track record for trotting stallions Wednesday(May 24) at Harrington Raceway with a 1:54.1 score in the $15,000 Open Trot.

Celebrity Pegasus broke the old track record of 1:54.4 for trotting stallions Wednesday (May 24) at Harrington Raceway with a 1:54.1 mark.

Gillie The Kidset fractions of 28.1, 56.3 and 1:25 while Celebrity Pegasus gatheredfirst-over momentum and cleared the field on the final turn and opened upa comfortable lead. Wind Of The North closed ground for second and FiveTowns finished third. Trained by Eric Ell, Celebrity Pegasus recorded his 19thcareer win.

Six Gun Hall(1:54.4) held the prior track record.
