Columbus, OH — An article published on Friday (March 24) on the Forecaster states there is an agreement in place to purchase Scarborough Downs by an investment group that was signed on March 1.

Although nothing has been confirmed on behalf of the facility, one of the investors claims a study will be performed to determine if live racing after 2017 will continue.
