Columbus, OH — On Friday (March 17), the Florida Standardbred Breeders and Owners Association sent a “communiqué” to USTA Executive Vice President and CEO Mike Tanner in support of recent recommendations made by Standardbred Owners Association of New York (SOA of NY) President Joe Faraldo concerning “beard” trainers.

In addition, the FSBOA urged racing officials in all jurisdictions to follow Faraldo’s recommendations.
