Saratoga Springs, NY — Saratoga Casino & Hotel will no longer be using purse caps on conditioned races.

Horses that made their last start at Saratoga will only be allowed to double drop in class at the discretion of the Race Secretary.

Horses who made their last start at other venues will be considered on a case to case basis.
