Manalapan, NJ — A reception was held by former Governor Dick Codey and Joe Forgione Thursday night (Feb. 2) at the Crystal Plaza in Livingston, N.J., to benefit Ambassador Phil Murphy and his candidacy for Governor of New Jersey.

Mark Ford, President of the SBOANJ, accompanied by TrotPAC trustees and SBOANJ Directors Anthony Perretti and Robert Boni, attended the function to show support and to remind all in attendance of the current state of our industry.

The SBOANJ and TrotPAC will continue to be represented at various political functions to help gain support from the governor’s office and various legislators, constantly reminding them of the racing industry’s need for alternative income to survive.
