Ft. Washington, MD — Rock On The Hill rallied from seventh, sprinting the final quarter in :27.4, to edge pacesetting Captive Audience in the $12,000 Open Handicap on Tuesday (Nov. 1) at Rosecroft.

Jonathan Roberts guided the 4-year old Rocknroll Hanover gelding to the win for the SBK Stables and trainer Bruce Saunders in 1:51.1. Captive Audience (Brian Burton) held on for second while Concert Artist (Billy Carter) was third.

Timmy Offutt captured three wins, while Frank Milby and Russell Foster had two each. Trainers Joe Offutt and Arty Foster Jr. picked up a pair of winners.
