Stickney, IL — Beginning Thursday evening (Aug. 4), Hawthorne Race Course, in association with the United States Trotting Association’s Strategic Wagering Program, will now offer a guaranteed pool on each night’s 50-cent Late Pick-4 wager.

The Late Pick-4 is always on the final four races of the evening and also carries a low 15 percent takeout rate.

Previously, Hawthorne had offered a $15,000 guaranteed pool on Thursday nights and a $20,000 guaranteed pool on Sunday nights. Now that $20,000 guaranteed pool will be added to Friday and Saturday cards as well.

Post time each night at Hawthorne is 7:35 p.m. (CDT).
