Show Stopping once again stole the show at Saratoga for his fifth consecutive victory.

The 6-year-old pacer prevailed in his first two starts off the claim for trainer Don Sherman in late April and went on to go four-for-four in the $5,000 claiming ranks. Following a claim last week by trainer Heidi Rohr, Show Stopping was back in the same class on Thursday (June 23) and was the 4-5 betting favorite as he tried to extend his win streak to five.

Austin Siegelman, who piloted Show Stopping to all four victories while under the guidance of Sherman, sat behind him once again on Thursday (June 23) as the razor sharp pacer overcame a first-over journey to prevail in a career best 1:53.2.

Show Stopping was once again claimed out of his Thursday (June 23) race so whether or not he will remain in the $5,000 claimers remains to be seen.

Live racing continues on Friday (June 24) night at Saratoga with first post time set for 6:45 p.m.
