Washington, PA — The Meadows Racetrack & Casino has doubled to $10,000 the total pool guarantee for its Saturday (May 14) Pick-4 wager as part of the United States Trotting Association’s Strategic Wagering Program.

While $5,000 Pick-4 guarantees are offered each card, The Meadows sweetened the pot when Wednesday’s Pick-4 was uncovered, resulting in a carryover of $2,861.79.

Minimum wager for the Pick-4 (races four-seven) is 50 cents. Since Pennsylvania law requires a minimum per-race wager of $2, a player wagering at the 50-cent level must bet at least four tickets.

Saturday’s program also features two stakes for 3-year-old colt and gelding trotters, a $167,303 Pennsylvania Sires Stake and a $100,000 PA Stallion Series event. First post is 1 p.m.
